I've spent 10+ years building, leading, launching, and growing zero-to-one products across startups and technology teams.
My foundation is product, understanding problems, validating opportunities, designing systems, aligning teams, and getting products into users' hands.
As AI changed what became possible, I chose not to remain a product leader who only manages technical execution. I went deeper into the engineering layer, learning to architect AI systems, build software, work with models and agents, manage infrastructure, and ship production products myself.
Today, I work across the full product system: Strategy → Product → AI → Engineering → Growth.
